lovely visit from my brother, Jeff,
and his family :)
on our Greensboro wanders,
we had a bit of a discussion
about what a *hyster* is,
with some firmly positing the idea that
it shares the same sentiment
as hysterical...
but, upon further googlefication,
it may be more in reference to
a forklift!
(goes to show you)
it is, perhaps,
a logging phrase
shouted out once a felled tree
(of the female persuasion)
was secured
and ready to be lifted (aka hoisted)
a la
"hoist 'er"
but mainly we spent our time learning how to type
at the Greensboro History Museum!
LeBauer Park was quite vacant for a Saturday!
the spray pad was not turned on, unfortunately,
but open fields are always a good thing.
