tomorrow morning, i'm going to work on a new post.

it promises to be way too long,

so you can look forward to that.

there seem to be

two general ways

i create a post.

around the house & yard,

i am usually inspired

visually,

and i take photographs

with no particular theme in mind.

just things in my environment

that are pleasing to me.

the story,
if there is one,
comes later.

then there are the times

that are story-driven.

i know, generally, what i will
photograph,

the stepping stones
that will lead me to the end.

then i, later, re-order them

to get what i feel is the best

flow
for telling the story.

with both, i find

that my photographs

drive me & show me

what to say.
