we'd heard great reviews of the Brooklyn Museum
& thought we'd devote a day to it
as well as a little exploring across the East River
we had a spot of breakfast
at a nearby coffeeshop (Penny House Cafe),
then walked up the hill for our ticketed entry!
i enjoyed the contemporary exhibits,
& we both were very impressed by their collection
of American art (next blog post)!
